DOOOM

I've been making dota items. Its a cool challenge to stick within a predetermined color palette and do something easily recognizable as the original character whilst injecting some new flair. This is a doom set I'm currently working on. Since I'm also doing the modeling, the orthos are only completed to a level that allows me to fully understand what I'm sculpting.

Shotgun(s)

Ah, shotguns. How enjoyable. I imagined the perfect shotgun: Low recoil, magazine fed, automatic, rail integration, and intimidating looks. Borrowed the idea of a vertical bolt from the kriss super v (or vector, for you CoD fans) and a top loading magazine from the p-90. The barrel is actually small and central compared to the bottom tube. I imagine this would be modular, for a tactical flashlight or grenade attachment. It was important to me that the bottom be large, Because I believe in a game, a  gun should look like how it functions. I want this to LOOK like a shotgun. The bottom tube may get confused with a barrel or a pump for a shotgun, but that's ok with me, because a player who wanted a shotgun would know to grab this sucker.
